The Italian Lab Australia offers both airfreight and sea freight options for many of its products. Manufacturing in our Italian production facility takes approximately three to four weeks. Once complete, the finished products are either shipped by air or by sea, to offer our customers the fastest and most economical shipping options.
Air-freighted products are generally available for installation here in Australia or New Zealand within approximately 4 weeks or order placement, while sea-freight is generally ready for installation within 8 weeks.
Our team are highly experienced at managing the supply process to ensure your products are ready for installation at the time they are required. This is particularly critical during larger projects where extensive landscape work is being carried out, prior to the installation of The Italian Lab’s products. Our expert team can help ensure the products arrive on site, when you need them, and can even offer an installation service who will work to the highest possible standards, leaving your products looking fantastic, just as planned.
